The delegation included Mr. Dao Van Phuoc, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Ho Van Nam, Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mrs. Luu Thi Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with leaders from the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial People's Committee Office.
According to Dr. Ngo Duc Tuan, Director of Dong Nai General Hospital and a specialist in level II, the hospital has made significant advancements since its new facilities became operational. Currently, the hospital has 1,150 beds and several outstanding specialized departments equipped with advanced facilities and qualified staff capable of performing high-level techniques in fields such as cardiology and oncology. The hospital is also one of the few provincial hospitals in the country to receive the "Platinum Standard Certification for Stroke Treatment" from the World Stroke Organization (WSO).
